Important Dates and Deadlines
Every student must create a College Board account to have access to AP CLASSROOM and to Register for AP Exams.
Every AP class period/subject has a different “join code," which you will get from your AP teacher.

Exams are set for "Undecided" for test selection, and you must mark "YES" to ensure your exam will be ordered. If your exams status is marked "NO" or "Undecided," the exam will not be ordered.
$100.00 per AP EXAM
$40.00 late fee per AP EXAM for exams ordered after November 15, 2025, canceled exams, (or unused exams).

2025-2026 TIMELINE:
August-Students can begin creating their College Board account to have access to AP Classroom and Register for their AP Exams.

August-Begin making payments online through Infinite Campus Parent Portal. You can also pay in person in the Bookstore or make payments over the phone.
November 3-Student Decision Deadline! Exams are set for "Undecided" for test selection. You must mark "YES" to ensure your exam will be ordered. If your exam is marked "NO" or "Undecided" by this date your AP exam will not be ordered.
November 14-AP tests are ordered (for year-long/first semester classes). AP tests that are ordered after this date are charged $40.00 per test -CollegeBoard charges a $40 fee per exam for late registrations, cancellations, or (unused) exams.
January - AP GOV'T/AP MACRO ECON second semester students join AP classrooms/register and pay ($100.00) for their exam
February 27- Final date to submit payment for all AP Exams (year-long/semester classes). No exam will be ordered after February 27, 2026. CollegeBoard charges a $40.00 fee per exam for late payments, cancellations, or unused exams.
