The purpose of Perry's Link Crew is to help incoming Freshmen become acclimated to high school. Link leaders engage Freshmen in several ways, the biggest of which is by being peer mentors. Link leaders are role models for all students who come to Perry High School.

The vision of Perry's Link Crew is to inspire Freshmen and help them feel connected with high school, both academically and socially. This is done through authentic relationships and genuine connections. Link Crew strives to create an equitable atmosphere on campus to ensure that students feel accepted and supported during their high school career.
