National Honors Society (NHS)

Perry High School's National Honor Society is proud to include students who maintain standards of excellence in the areas of scholarship, citizenship, leadership, service to community and school, and character.

Membership Eligibility:

  • Membership is by invitation only!  Invitations will be sent to all qualifying candidates during the second semester - usually in late January or early February.
  • Candidates must:
    • Have a minimum cumulative 3.8 weighted GPA at the time invitations are printed 
    • Be in their sophomore, junior, or senior year at Perry
    • Show history of involvement in extracurriculars on and off Perry's campus
    • Demonstrate service to Perry and the surrounding community
    • Thoroughly complete the candidate form following the provided directions
    • Submit the candidate form by the required due date posted on the NHS Google Classroom
