Puma Mental Warriors

Puma Mental Warriors 24-25

The Puma Mental Warriors are a mental performance club geared toward student-athletes but are not limited to athletics. We discuss strategies for performance in sports, academics, and daily life.

The Warriors are led by coach Damien Tippett, who served as a PHS baseball coach for 14 years (seven as varsity head coach). Tippett has his Mental Performance Coaching certificate from Brian Cain Peak Performance.

During the summer of 2024, PHS grad and Oklahoma City Thunder guard Jalen Willilams took time out of his training to discuss the importance of elite routines and habits, as well as answer several questions from current Pumas.
